TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covers architectural services relating to the renovation of the buildings in the Bourdonnette district (493 apartments) built between 1966 and 1974. The renovation works cover: * Sanitary installations and kitchens of the dwellings * Roofs of the buildings * Metalwork/woodwork of the facade of the ground floors * Shopfronts and Marquees The services to be provided cover the stages of preliminary design, design of the structure, application for authorisation, invitation to tender, and execution of the works (excluding construction management) in accordance with the SIA regulations 102 and 112. The construction management services will be provided by the Contracting Authority.
