For Lot n°01 - Hydraulique Piscine, the scope includes the execution of hydraulic works in accordance with professional standards and regulations, the provision of detailed quantitative and estimated quotes, and ensuring perfect collaboration with other lots, particularly regarding reservations and intervention dates. Key deliverables encompass the submission of complete plans for layout approval, examination of other trade plans for repercussions, reporting discrepancies, and providing all necessary documents for execution and other trades. Specific works involve components for filtration and jet/cannon pumping stations, electrical cabinet works (including level regulation), buffer tank waterproofing (sanding, adhesive tape application, two coats of food-grade waterproofing), and leak testing of underground pipes. Deliverables for the Dossier des Ouvrages Exécutés (DOE) include the contractor's execution file (routing plans, installation plans, general synoptic, operating instructions, single-line diagrams, technical manuals, equipment identification logs) and a materials and testing file (documentation, data sheets, supplier info, test reports, approval procedures, certificates).

For Lot n°03 - Plomberie, the contractor is responsible for all plumbing works necessary for a complete finish, adhering to current regulations. This includes providing a detailed quantitative and estimated quote, understanding other lot documents to anticipate repercussions, and conducting a mandatory site visit. Specific tasks involve repairing the EP manhole bottom, replacing beach taps and associated manholes, repositioning PMR WC lift bars, and replacing direct flush WC taps with soft-trigger equipment.

For Lot n°04 - Menuiseries Bois, the work covers various carpentry tasks. This includes replacing a fixed panel for WC access, replacing two removable seats for network access (with added hinges and jacks), refurbishing paneling near the bar, and renovating changing room and sanitary partitions (replacing door knobs, revising closing bars, replacing latches, door stops, and damaged doors). Further tasks involve supplying and installing a complete master key system for all access points, providing and installing display boards, repairing damaged false ceilings at the staff accommodation entrance (interior and exterior), removing curved doors from the coat room and installing coded lockers, installing worktops and shelves in the MNS office, and renovating the sauna (sanding and treating wood, adjusting the access door). Execution plans must be submitted for approval before work begins.

Across all lots, the market amount is global and fixed price. Contractors are required to provide all supplies new, recently manufactured, and of first quality. They must also take necessary measures to avoid disrupting the site's operation during works.
