TENDER DESCRIPTION

Nærumvænge, section 2, is part of Søllerød almene Boligselskab and includes mid-rise housing and terrace housing developments. The tender relates exclusively to dwellings located at the following addresses: Nærumvænge 1–95 and 14–176, as well as Fyrrevejen 1–79 and 6–70, 2850 Nærum. The project comprises a total of 310 dwellings. Other buildings in the area, including the development at Nærumvænge Torv, are not covered by the tender. The development is located immediately adjacent to the Helsingør Motorway in connection with Nærumvænge Torv. The tender includes renovation of domestic hot water and heating pipes, as well as renovation of approx. 6 km of sewer lines.
