TENDER DESCRIPTION

Nærumvænge, Section 2, is part of Søllerød Almene Boligselskab and comprises multi-storey residential buildings and terraced housing developments. The tender relates exclusively to homes located at the addresses Nærumvænge 1–95 and 14–176, as well as Fyrrevejen 1–79 and 6–70, 2850 Nærum. The project includes a total of 310 dwellings. Other buildings in the area, including the development at Nærumvænge Torv, are not covered by the tender. The development is located immediately next to the Helsingør Motorway in connection with Nærumvænge Torv. The tender includes renovation of domestic hot water and heating pipes, and renovation of approx. 6 km of sewer lines.
