„Renovation of buildings of public infrastructure in Dzierżoniów County increasing energy efficiency” Thermal modernization of a public utility building, Gilów 49 The subject of the contract is the thermal modernization of a public utility building, Gilów 49, carried out as part of the partnership project „Renovation of buildings of public infrastructure in Dzierżoniów County increasing energy efficiency”, conducted under the „design and build” formula. The task is to be carried out in two stages: Stage I – preparation of the necessary technical documentation resulting from the Functional and Utility Programme (hereinafter referred to as PFU), together with obtaining the relevant opinions, arrangements, permits, etc. (within 4 months from the date of signing the contract).
