Renovation of the former Erlich Manor House in Falejówka with a change of function to a Municipal Cultural Centre 1. The subject of the contract is construction works for the investment project entitled “Renovation of the former Erlich Manor House in Falejówka with a change of function to a Municipal Cultural Centre”. 2. The scope of works includes in particular: - strengthening of stone foundation walls and basement walls, - restoration of damaged groin vaults, - execution of plaster on the walls and vaults in basements and on basement floors, - restoration of timber beam ceilings over the basement vaults, - restoration of decorative geometric parquet flooring on the ground floor, - restoration, bricklaying and filling in brickwork losses in load-bearing walls, - conversion of the interior of the ground floor—partial demolition of a wall and construction of a tie beam/support beam in rooms in order to arrange a conference room, - restoration of wooden stairs to the attic, - rebuilding of wooden beam ceilings over the partner, - restoration and clearing of the external canopied entrance to the cellars/basements, - replacement of the ceiling joist walls of the attic, -…
