Renovation of the monument to the Heroes of the Battle of Mokra, stage 1, part no. 1 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled “Renovation of the monument to the Heroes of the Battle of Mokra, stage 1, part no. 1”. 2. The subject matter of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the agreement, the construction design including the site development design, the architectural and construction design, the geotechnical opinion, the technical design, permits and decisions, the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, the executive design, within the scope described in the documentation as stage 1 part no. 1, the rules of technical knowledge, the guidelines of the monument conservator and the rules of construction art. 3.
