, ,Renovation of the historic Classicist town hall in Gąbin, stage III”. Dismantling the existing roof covering, gutters, downpipes and sheet-metal flashings that are not suitable for further use. Demolition of roof truss elements, wooden ceilings (infill/loam filling, boarding, ceiling beams) and insulation layers. Boarding of structural elements made of concrete and reinforced concrete (beams, lintels, ring beams, ceiling slabs). Fabrication and installation of reinforcement from steel bars. Concreting of ring beams, beams, lintels and ceiling slabs with monolithic concrete. Construction of a new roof truss (common rafters, roof boarding) from impregnated timber. Installation of roof covering with ceramic roof tiles and coated sheet metal on a standing seam. Fabrication of sheet-metal flashings. Installation of prefabricated gutters and downpipes made of galvanized sheet metal. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the bill of quantities and the attached documentation.
