The scope of services for each lecture hall includes disassembly and reassembly work, repair and restoration work, partial replacement of individual components, and partial complete replacement of defined seating areas. In addition, where required, delivery of materials (optional) and functional and safety inspections are part of the service. The service is predominantly a service (restoration and repair of lecture hall seating) with subordinate delivery components for replacement materials and components. # Type of procedure and tender documents The procurement procedure is carried out as a participation competition within a non-open procedure pursuant to the Public Procurement Ordinance (Vergabeverordnung, VgV). At this stage of the procedure, only the contractors’ suitability is assessed. In total, a maximum of five suitable companies are subsequently invited to submit a bid.
