TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of services for each lecture hall includes disassembly and reassembly work, repair and refurbishment work, the partial replacement of individual components, as well as the partial complete replacement of defined seating areas. In addition, where required, the service includes material supply (optional) and functional and safety inspections. The service is predominantly a service (refurbishment and repair of lecture hall seating) with subordinate supply components for replacement materials and components. # Procedure type and tender documents The procurement procedure is carried out as a participation competition within a non-open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV). At this stage, only the suitability of the companies is examined. In total, a maximum of five suitable companies will subsequently be invited to submit an offer.
