TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract involves supplying representation items, including (holiday) attentions and (digital) gift vouchers, for the benefit of the Tax and Customs Administration (Belastingdienst), Customs (Douane) and Benefits (Toeslagen). The framework agreement supports the implementation of the Tax and Customs Administration’s staff policy, in which employee recognition, appreciation and involvement are central. The supply of representation items contributes to the uniform and verifiable application of internal guidelines and policy objectives. The Tax and Customs Administration has a structural and continuing need for representation items. In order to ensure continuity of supply and compliance with procurement-law obligations, a framework agreement is concluded with a single (1) contractor. This procurement aims to conclude a framework agreement with the tenderer that submits the most economically advantageous tender (EMVI) based on the best price-quality ratio. The scope of the Contract is based on historical figures.
