TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract concerns the supply of representation articles, including (holiday) gifts and (digital) vouchers, for the benefit of the Tax and Customs Administration and Benefits. The framework agreement supports the implementation of the personnel policy of the Tax and Customs Administration, in which recognition, appreciation, and involvement of employees are central. The supply of representation articles contributes to a uniform and verifiable application of internal guidelines and policy objectives. The Tax and Customs Administration has a structural and ongoing need for representation articles. To ensure continuity of supply and compliance with procurement law obligations, a framework agreement is concluded with one (1) contractor. This procurement aims to conclude a framework agreement with the tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) based on the best price-quality ratio. The size of the Contract is based on historical figures. The volume of the Contract is estimated for the duration of the framework agreement, including options for extension, at: € 8,693,996,- excluding VAT.
