TENDER DESCRIPTION

The reprographic services consist of providing: - Standard repro work (printing in colour and black-and-white A6 to A0); - Post-processing (binding booklets, folding, stapling, creasing, laminating, etc.); - Supply of the required materials (glue); - Supply of folders, dividers, grey board, transparent sleeves, labels, ring binders, tubes, etc.); - Arranging simple document adjustments (DTP) to the documents provided; - Delivery of standard products (business cards, badge cards, envelopes, roll-up banner, etc.); - Secure printing of examinations; - Secure printing of diplomas; - Printing and sending greeting cards; - Pre-printed envelopes; - Storage and dispatch of corporate identity items. Outside scope Outside the scope of the reprographic services are: - Production of letterhead paper; - Production of Waarde paper; - Promotional print work (on behalf of the Marketing and Communications department); - Delivery and printing of merchandise and textiles. +/- 1,650 orders per year (based on 2025 figures).
