TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment for Lot 1 concerns reprographic and printing services for the municipality of Tilburg. The contractor provides a broad package of services for the production, manufacturing, finishing and distribution of physical communication materials and documents, varying in print run, format and printing technique. The services include both printing services and reprographic services, which have been combined due to the increasing overlap within a single lot. Printing services are understood to mean the production of, among other things: -office printing, such as letterhead paper and envelopes; -promotional printing, such as brochures, flyers, magazines, forms and posters; -other graphic displays produced using offset or digital printing techniques. Reprographic services are understood to mean: -printing, copying and scanning activities; -large-format printing and plotting; -reproduction of meeting and presentation materials; -finishing activities such as cutting, folding, laminating and binding; -personalisation and variable printing; -digital document processing; -fulfilment and distribution activities; -support via ordering or workflow systems.
