TENDER DESCRIPTION
This Request for Tenders seeks a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) to deliver comprehensive security services, including SIEM Platform Management, 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) for threat detection and response, and Incident Response Services with an annual retainer of 60 hours. The successful tenderer must integrate with existing Microsoft-based SIEM (Microsoft Sentinel), Azure, and AWS Cloud environments, ensuring all SOC, SIEM engineering staff, and data processing are based within the EU/EEA, and incident response resources meet specified geographical criteria. Key deliverables include regular performance and status reports, with the successful contractor expected to achieve operational readiness within 60 days of the contract's effective date, subject to extensions of up to two additional 12-month periods. Tenderers must demonstrate a minimum average annual turnover of €2,600,000 (excl. VAT) over the last three financial years and possess ISO/IEC 27001 certification or an equivalent standard.
TENDER BRIEF
The contract is set to commence on the "Effective Date," which is the date the agreement is signed. The contract's expiration date is to be inserted. The Client retains the option to extend the term for up to two additional periods, each lasting a maximum of 12 months.
A key milestone identified is the onboarding and transition to operational readiness, which the Contracting Authority expects to be completed within 60 days. If a tenderer proposes a timeline exceeding this 60-day period, a justification is required. Milestones, compliance schedules, and operational protocols are to be agreed upon by the Client's and Contractor's contacts on a regular basis.
