TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract notice aims to set up a framework agreement with a minimum amount and a maximum amount. This contract is for the rental of R90 type wagons, which will be integrated into the work trains on RER line A. This consultation is a services contract. The services included in the minimum amount of the framework agreement are: • Rental of 10 flat wagons of type R90 for a duration of 5 years • 1 outbound delivery to the RATP sites • 1 return delivery from the RATP sites • Preventive and corrective maintenance related to normal use of the wagons • Repair maintenance following accidents or improper use attributable to the RATP The services included in the maximum amount of the framework agreement include in particular: • The services included in the minimum amount • Rental of 10 flat wagons of type R90 for an additional duration of 3 years • 2 outbound deliveries to the RATP sites • 2 return deliveries from the RATP sites • Ancillary services to the subject matter of the contract, within the limit of 20% of the maximum amount The supplied equipment shall comply with the specific technical requirements (CCTP).
