TENDER DESCRIPTION

- Decision-ready knowledge products: Actionable outputs that package evidence for use at the point of decision-making, such as recommendations for action, Plain English summaries, infographics, pathways, checklists, policy briefings, and educational resources.
- Decision support resources for the Right Decision Service: User-centred decision support assets including structured knowledge bases, information architectures, wireframes, populated RDS toolkits, and outputs from usability and user acceptance testing.
- Capability-building and learning outputs: Training materials, mentoring resources, workshops, and guidance that build research, evaluation, knowledge mobilisation, and decision support capability across Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) and partner organisations.
All services and deliverables must conform to all applicable laws.
