TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers the technical takeover, maintenance and small-scale development services for the Employment Fund’s (hereinafter “the Client”) accounts receivable and debt collection system (hereinafter described as “REPE”), as well as separately ordered further development targets. The system solution is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. The procurement includes: - regular version upgrades - version updates - ensuring the operational reliability of the system. - small-scale developments - separately agreed and ordered development entities The procurement is described in more detail in this request for tenders and its appendices. A contract valid for an indefinite period will be made for the procurement. The aim is for the contract period to begin in spring 2027. The exact start date will be agreed with the selected supplier.
