TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is the technical takeover, maintenance and minor development services of the accounts receivable and debt collection system of the Employment Fund (hereinafter “Client”) (hereinafter referred to as “REPE”), as well as separately ordered further development targets. The system solution is based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. The procurement includes: - regular version upgrades - version updates - ensuring the system’s operational reliability - minor developments - development entities agreed separately and ordered separately The procurement is described in more detail in this request for tender and its attachments. A contract valid for an indefinite period will be concluded for the procurement. The aim is that the contract period will begin in spring 2027. The exact start date will be agreed with the selected supplier.
