TENDER DESCRIPTION

The ISEK Hillerheide, which was prepared in 2015 on behalf of the City of Recklinghausen and adopted by the City Council, defines the following five key projects for the development of the Hillerheide district: 1. "Future concept for the former greyhound track" 2. "Urban integration of Blitzkuhlenstraße" 3. "Attractive center Gertrudisplatz" 4. "District life—supplement and interconnect what already exists" 5. "Energy-related district refurbishment" The aim of implementing the ISEK Hillerheide is to create a sustainable and future-oriented residential district on the former greyhound track site and to integrate it into the existing Hillerheide district as well as possible, taking into account the existing development and infrastructure there, the residents and their requirements for use. As part of key project 1 "Future concept for the former greyhound track", the central green area of the district is to be created on the site of the former greyhound track, with play and leisure facilities.
