TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are paid by unit prices. - The preparation of menus by a State-certified dietitian, - The purchase and provision of foodstuffs necessary for the preparation of all food services, - The preparation of school meals in the 2 municipal kitchens (Vessiot and La Culasse Schools), - The preparation of meals in the kitchen of the Silky Giraldi nursery, - The preparation of meals for leisure activity centers (ACM) during school holidays and Wednesdays (Vessiot Schools), - The service of elementary school meals in cafeteria and on self-service counters, - The plating of nursery meals, - Clearing, dishwashing, maintenance and cleaning of dedicated areas (Vessiot Schools, La Culasse and Silky Giraldi nursery), - Activities around the meal, - Guaranteeing hygiene and safety rules, - Monitoring the quality and satisfaction of diners, - Communication with the Community and families, - Provision of a dietitian available on request by the Community at monthly menu committees, - Maintenance of kitchen equipment, - Management of all waste, - All provisions described in this CCTP and notably in Annex 1 Services are paid by unit prices. - The preparation of menus by a State-certified…
