TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are charged at unit prices. - The development of menus by a state-certified dietitian, - The purchase and supply of foodstuffs necessary for the production of all food services, - The preparation of school meals in the 2 municipal kitchens (Vessiot and La Culasse Schools), - The preparation of meals in the kitchen of the Silky Giraldi nursery, - The preparation of ACM meals during school holidays and on Wednesdays (Vessiot Schools), - The service of elementary meals in self-service and on buffet counters, - The plating of kindergarten meals, - Clearing, dishwashing, maintenance and cleaning of dedicated areas (Vessiot Schools, La Culasse, and Silky Giraldi nursery), - Activities around the meal, - Guarantee of hygiene and safety standards, - Monitoring of quality and guest satisfaction, - Communication with the Community and families, - Provision of a dietitian present at the monthly menu committees upon the Community's request, - Maintenance of kitchen equipment, - Management of all waste, - All provisions described in this CCTP and notably in Annex 1 Services are charged at unit prices. - The development of menus by a state-certified dietitian, - The purchase and…
