TENDER DESCRIPTION
Following the discovery of lead pollution in the existing slab (pollution detected at the start of the site works in July 2025), the services planned under Lot 14 are no longer suitable. It is necessary to redefine the work related to soil treatment. Thus, the work will be carried out in a contaminated environment with appropriate protections. Encapsulation with an industrial floor type resin is also necessary. A new consultation is required. Lot 14 is to be terminated. This Lot 18 includes the following works: Removal of floor protections over 4,400 m² Cleaning and preparation of supports Application of a primer followed by an encapsulating resin over 4,400 m² Work in a polluted environment (lead)
