TENDER DESCRIPTION
Following the discovery of lead pollution in the existing slab (pollution detected at the start of the site in July 2025), the services planned under lot 14 are no longer suitable. It is necessary to redefine the scope of work related to soil treatment. Thus, the works will be carried out in a polluted environment with appropriate protections. Encapsulation with an industrial floor-type resin is also necessary. A new consultation is required. Lot 14 is to be terminated. This lot 18 includes the following works: Removal of floor protections over 4,400 m² Cleaning and preparation of the substrates Application of a primer followed by an encapsulation resin over 4,400 m² Works in a polluted environment (lead)
