Extensive earthworks are required, such as stripping existing asphalt and topsoil, mass excavation, demolition of existing foundations, evacuation of excess soil, and removal of existing fences. It also includes trenching for various networks (e.g., EP, Gaz neutralization/removal, PAC connection, EU, Elec, infiltration swale overflow, IRVE provision), common trenches, and excavations for specific structures like a 10m3 rainwater recovery tank and infiltration swales.
