TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of particle filters and related spare parts for M3 category buses operated by the Contracting Authority under a framework purchase agreement. Experimental quantity: 336 quantity units (316 pieces, 20 sets) / 24 months. In the case of particle filters included in the Price Table, the Contracting Authority provides a core exchange part when refurbished factory products are offered and delivered. The quantities specified in the Price Table have been determined for 12 months based on previous usage experience, i.e. so-called experimental quantities. The experimental quantities have been provided for the purpose of properly evaluating bids and determining the total offered contract amount; the quantities purchased under the contract may differ from these experimental data. As a result of the framework agreement to be concluded following the initiated procurement procedure, the Contracting Authority undertakes to issue orders amounting to 70% of the framework agreement’s total contract value.
