TENDER DESCRIPTION

Loudéac Communauté Bretagne Centre currently has a Schéma de Cohérence Territoriale (SCOT) approved on 3 March 2020, an intercommunal Local Urban Plan that also serves as a Programme Local de l'Habitat (PLUI-H) approved on 9 March 2021, and a Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET) adopted in 2021. The changes to the legislative framework since their approval—particularly the Climate and Resilience Law and the goal of Net Zero Artificialisation by 2050—as well as the mandatory inclusion of the pathway for reducing land consumption, climate change and land-use sobriety, require today compliance and a major revision of the documents.
