TENDER DESCRIPTION
Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG provides local public transport in the city of Stuttgart and in the surrounding districts with 224 urban rail vehicles of the DT8 series. The various urban rail vehicle series are designated DT8.4, DT8.S, DT8.10/11 and DT8.12-15. In the bogies of the DT8.10/11 vehicle series (year of construction 1999 to 2005), axle drives E-SH 10 L from ZF Friedrichshafen AG are installed. The axle drive is a spur-gear hollow-shaft axle drive of the HSH series from ZF Friedrichshafen AG. From July 2027 to 2035, a total of 405 axle drives ZF E-SH 10 L (20 units manufacturer part number 5080.071.020 and 385 units manufacturer part number 5080.071.044) are to receive a revision. The revision of the ZF axle drives E-SH 10 L includes the replacement of relevant components as well as a complete inspection and testing of the axle drives. Based on the plan for 28 bogie overhauls per year, this results in an annual quantity of an average of 56 axle drives. The annual quantity to be offered shall allow a deviation of +16 or -8 units. All work must be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications of ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
