TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for audit services for ongoing audits and successive call-offs during the term of the agreement. The procurement concerns experts for the auditors in Hörby Municipality for the review of the board, committees, preparatory bodies and foundations, as well as experts for the lay auditors for financial audit of the municipality’s companies. The procurement also concerns professional auditing (authorised and approved auditors) for the statutory financial audit in the municipality’s companies. The municipality enters into agreements regarding expert assistance for elected auditors and expert assistance for lay auditors. The companies enter into agreements regarding expert assistance for lay auditors with regard to variable assignment components and professional auditors. Contracting authorities intend to enter into a framework agreement for a period of three (3) years with the right to extend for one (1) year.
