TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is general planning services for the structural, technical and functional further development of the port site “Feuerwache See”. The aim is an interdisciplinary, coordinated, approval-capable overall solution designed for later operations. The scope of services consolidates the following discipline-specific service profiles (in accordance with HOAI): - Object planning: engineering structures (quay wall, floating jetty facility and slipway facility), transport infrastructure (connection and internal operating traffic areas) as well as external works, including the areas after demolition of the existing fire station (“Feuerwache”). - Specialist planning: technical equipment (plant groups 1 and 4 including the utility services interconnection and the planned medium-voltage supply for electric tugboats) as well as structural design. The contract will be awarded in stages. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of further stages of assignment. The start of the planning services is expected to be at the beginning of January 2027.
