TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract comprises general planning services for the structural, technical and functional further development of the port site "Feuerwache See". The aim is an overall solution that is coordinated across disciplines, capable of being approved and geared towards later operations. The scope of services bundles the following service profiles across disciplines (in accordance with HOAI): - Object planning: engineering structures (quay structure, floating pier system and slipway), traffic facilities (connection and internal operating traffic areas) as well as external facilities, including the areas following demolition of the existing fire station (Feuerwache). - Specialist planning: technical equipment (plant groups 1 and 4 including the provision of utilities/media connections and the planned medium-voltage supply for E-tugs) as well as structural engineering. The contract is awarded in stages. There is no legal right to the transfer of further contract award stages. The start of the planning services is expected to be at the beginning of January 2027.
