TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is: a. the execution of the Contracting Entity’s own Work, the subject matter of which is construction modifications to existing buildings No 1 and No 4 on the site of the former Dukelské barracks in Opava and a change in their use to residential buildings, including related construction work, technical equipment and connections, to the extent specified in the Contract and the relevant project documentation; b. demolition of building 07; c. design activities within the scope of the documentation for the change to the structure before completion, specified in Article IV of the Contract; d. ensuring the performance of the role of the responsible surveyor for the duration of the construction work, including surveying and a technical report for the individual construction objects (surveying according to the actual construction as carried out) in the number of 3 pcs in graphic form and 1x in digital form in the JTSK and B.p.v. system, including surveying of items of engineering networks in accordance with the requirements of their owners and operators; e. ensuring the preparation of geometric plans for the establishment of easements and…
