TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the preparation of project documentation in accordance with the applicable legal regulations governing procurement procedures for selecting contractors for the construction itself (Act No 134/2016 Sb., on public procurement, as amended by later regulations, and implementing regulations), namely documentation at the stage of documentation for the issuance of a joint permit for the project (DPZ), project documentation for operational units, documentation for carrying out the construction (DPS), including all necessary surveys. The contract also includes the performance of engineering services and author’s supervision. Within the DPZ stage, the contractor is required to prepare and submit a comprehensive construction budget (cost estimate) in the form of aggregated items and construction objects, which will meet all requirements set out in the IROP programme’s methodological instructions for the application submission stage for a grant.
