TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the execution of the construction project “Revitalisation of Freedom Park in Zlín”, which will be carried out concurrently and in close substantive, spatial and time-related connection with the project “Revitalisation of the Zlín Chateau – Phase I”. The construction addresses the comprehensive renewal of the public park and the immediate surroundings of the listed cultural monument of the Zlín Chateau, in particular including the scope of new paved and gravel-surface areas for pedestrian and service traffic, public lighting, water features, irrigation systems, landscape and gardening modifications, municipal street furniture, low-current technologies and related relocations and connections of utility networks. The construction is divided into the Park part and the part Surroundings of the Zlín Chateau, with both contracts forming a single functional and operational whole and being implemented in mutual time and technological continuity.
