Revitalisation of a basketball court at Primary School ul. Malborska 98 in Kraków under the design and build procedure 1. The subject matter of the contract is: Revitalisation of a basketball court at Primary School ul. Malborska 98 in Kraków under the design and build procedure. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 4 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Programme together with attachments). 2. For the completed polyurethane surfaces. The Contractor is required to provide a warranty of 60 months. For the completed construction works, materials and equipment (excluding the completed polyurethane surface), the Contractor is required to provide a minimum warranty of 36 months. The warranty period for the completed construction works, materials and equipment (to be assessed in criterion 2) shall be indicated in the tender form; it must be stated in months, and extension of the warranty period must relate to 12-month periods (e.g. 48 months, 60 months—no more than 60 months). 3.
