REVITALIZATION OF THE MILITARY CEMETERY IN KONOPNICA The subject of the contract is to design and carry out, based on design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority, including a program of conservation works, involving the revitalization of the military cemetery in Konopnica. 3.2. The present project is carried out in the “design and build” formula, based on the Functional and Utility Program (PFU). 3.3. The subject of the contract includes: 1) preparation, based on the functional and utility program (PFU), constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, of design documentation, including the program of conservation works, and obtaining the approvals/decisions/permits required by law; 2) execution of construction works, in accordance with the design documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority; 3) performance of author’s supervision over the execution of construction works carried out in accordance with the developed design documentation. 3.4.
