TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the revitalisation of the Koszalińska Narrow-Gauge Railway, carried out partly under the design and build formula, using the option right, in accordance with the functional and utility programme (PFU) and design documentation. The subject of the contract includes preparing complete design documentation comprising updating and supplementing the design documentation prepared in 2016 – construction design, technical and executive design, administrative decisions to the extent necessary to implement and use the subject of the contract (obtaining new decisions or rulings or changing the currently applicable ones), technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), bills of quantities, exercising author’s supervision, and the performance of construction works involving the revitalisation of the Koszalińska Narrow-Gauge Railway, on the basis of the prepared design documentation. 2.
