TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Revitalisation of the City Park on Parkowa Street in Głuszyca (VIII) 1. The task is co-financed from the funds of the Strategic Investment Programme Poland “Polish Government Reconstruction Programme of Historic Monuments” — Grant No. RPOZ/2022/8582/PolskiLad.2. The subject of the task is to perform, using the design and build (zaprojektuj i wybuduj) mode, construction works, i.e. design documentation and works involving the revitalisation of the city park at Parkowa Street in Głuszyca.3. The scope of the task includes:a. preparing technical documentation within the scope of the functional and utility programme, along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions;b. construction of paths/hardened surfaces;c. demolition of the existing concrete paving blocks;d. dismantling existing structures and installation of new small architecture objects;e. construction of an electrical network along with installation of park lamps;f. dismantling existing park lamps;g. installation of water sprinklers in the park pond;h. installation of a water jet on the stones in the park pond;i. reconstruction of the stone water cascade at the pond in the style of the historic one;j.…
