Revitalisation of the courtyard at Dzielna Street 7B, 9, 9A in Warsaw The subject of the contract is the revitalisation of the courtyard at Dzielna Street 7B, 9, 9A in Warsaw, for part of the area of the cadastral plot number 31/3 within cadastral district 6-02-05. The Contractor shall be required to carry out the contract on the basis of and under the conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an integral part of the SWZ. The works covered by the subject matter of the contract include general construction works in an area entered in the register of monuments, which must be carried out in accordance with the scope of works specified in the bill of quantities, in the site development design, the decision of the Capital Conservator of Monuments of 30.04.2026, and in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works, which constitute attachments to the SWZ.
