TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: “Revitalisation of green spaces in housing estates: Majówka, Stadion, Harcerska, Żeromskiego” – Stage I, Stadion and Harcerska housing estate. Scope of works covered by the contract: A task within the scope of constructing green-blue infrastructure, includes development of the site for selected backyards of residential estates located within the city of Starachowice: Part I - STADION 1 – plot no. (dz. ewid.) 28/6, building unit (OB.) 0002 Assumptions for the investment: introducing blue-green infrastructure to housing-estate areas, increasing the availability of areas for persons with disabilities, modernising pedestrian communication layouts and their surfaces, modernising small architecture by replacing benches and litter bins. The newly designed area is intended to organise space currently not used, but also to make it more aesthetically pleasing and suitable for residents of the city who differ in age or physical ability.
