TENDER DESCRIPTION

Revitalisation of the Glinianek area in Mosina together with the construction of a new viewing tower The Contractor will be required to carry out construction works related to the construction of a viewing tower together with the development of the site in the territory of the Mosina municipality in accordance with the description contained in the document Appendix No 5 Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract along with its attachments. The Contracting Authority requires that quality guarantees be granted for the works subject to the contract for a period of at least 36 months from the date of the final acceptance of the works. The required warranty period for defects in the works subject to the contract is 60 months from the date of the final acceptance of the works. The detailed scope of the contract has been indicated in the following annexes to the SWZ (Specification of the Contract Terms):- description of the subject matter of the contract together with attachments – Appendix No 5,- designed contractual provisions – Appendix No 6.
