Revitalisation of the historic building of the former Rządcówka in Kochcice - Creation of a Seniors' Zone 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task in the “design and build” formula, including the preparation of design documentation, execution of construction works, and the supply and installation of the facility equipment, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU).2. The subject of the contract is the implementation of stages II and III of the investment, in accordance with the Functional and Utility Programme (PFU), in particular with section 1.2 of the PFU. The detailed subject of the contract has been defined in the Functional and Utility Programme, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
