TENDER DESCRIPTION
Nature Reserve “Jezioro Turzycowe” – mowing back tree regrowth. 1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the removal (uprooting or mowing) of tree and shrub regrowth in the nature reserve “Jezioro Turzycowe”. 2. The subject matter of the contract shall be carried out in accordance with applicable provisions of Polish and EU law, in particular with the Act of 16 April 2004 on Nature Protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 13, as amended) and with the Order of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Gdańsk of 14 July 2020 regarding the recognition of the nature reserve “Jezioro Turzycowe” (Official Journal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship of 2020, item 3307). 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference for the Contract (OPZ).
