By this Call for Tenders, the University of Luxembourg aims to conclude a Framework Agreement, set for two (2) years, renewable twice (2 + 1 + 1) for one (1) year each time upon notification, in order to appoint a contractor without re-competition, recognized for its expertise in the operation and maintenance of the technical installations of the University of Luxembourg campuses.
