Provision of transport services for the general public: passenger transport in regional rail passenger services (SPNV) for operating the RE 3 line (Düsseldorf - Gelsenkirchen - Dortmund - Hamm) for the period from the timetable change in December 2030 to the timetable change in December 2032. The volume of services comprises approx. 1.6 million train-kilometres per year.
