TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a plotter with a scanner, a scanner, and multifunction devices for the District Office in Sztum with division into parts: 1) Part 1 – purchase and delivery of a plotter with a scanner, 2) Part 2 – purchase and delivery of two scanners and five multifunction devices. 2. As part of the tender price, the Contractor is obliged to carry out for each item of equipment: bringing the devices in, installation, installation, full network configuration (connection to the Ordering Party’s LAN network), installation of the appropriate drivers, functionality tests, and conducting on-site training on operation for employees (minimum 1 hour of training for each group of employees). 3.
