The core scope of work for this tender involves providing services for the assistance, maintenance, and evolution of the software solutions currently in use at the Sant'Andrea University Hospital for a period of 12 months, with a possible renewal for an additional 12 months.

The core deliverables and Statement of Work summary include:

• Application assistance, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance for the AREAS/ellipse, UNICA, and PDTA platforms, encompassing their integration components (healthcare, administrative-accounting, and document management).
• Ensuring the operational continuity of healthcare, diagnostic, administrative, accounting, document management, and human resources processes by maintaining the correct functioning of software solutions and related information flows. Solutions requiring the suspension of current application functionalities for activation will not be accepted.
• Management, maintenance, and technical assistance for application components in the healthcare and clinical-assistance area, covering functionalities such as admission, hospitalization, discharge, Order Entry, electronic medical records, outpatient activities, clinical-documentary repository, and specialized modules.
• Maintenance and oversight of integrations with corporate, regional, and third-party systems, specifically for SIO, FSE, emergency room flows, information debt, diagnostic systems, and interoperability standards (HL7, IHE, XDS, MHD).
• Management of administrative-accounting components, including budget, workflow, purchases, logistics, accounting, assets, management control, and analytical accounting.
• Management of human resources components, covering economic and legal personnel management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and associated compliance.
• Provision of professional services for the maintenance, optimization, and potential evolution of application solutions throughout the contract period.
• Seamless takeover of the application perimeter, including knowledge transfer and measures to prevent operational interruptions.
• Corrective maintenance to resolve malfunctions and anomalies and restore correct application functionalities.
• Evolutionary maintenance to implement functional and technical interventions requested by the Hospital, within the contractual scope or subject to technical-administrative evaluation.
• Guaranteeing user assistance, application management, anomaly management, specialized support to corporate structures, and operational governance, through a structured organizational model with a multidisciplinary team.
• Providing remote assistance with on-site interventions as necessary.
• Ensuring a first and second-level on-call service for applications supporting continuous healthcare activities.
• Optional evolutionary areas include providing, upon request, specialized evolutionary and consulting activities to strengthen Analytical Accounting, Business Intelligence, and administrative-accounting processes.
