TENDER DESCRIPTION
The current framework agreement for participating prosecution offices expires on 2026-03-12. This procurement includes twenty-three (23) prosecution offices, which are divided according to the Authority’s areas. The Authority is seeking Suppliers that have good terms and conditions comparable to collective agreements for their employees, that care about sustainability for both employees and the environment, and that fulfill their commitments to society in the form of payment of taxes and employer’s social security contributions. The tenderer chooses for itself which tender areas it wishes to submit tenders for; it may be one or several. See the respective tender area overview annexes 1-4 to access the geographical distribution. Awards under the forthcoming framework agreements must be ranked. The Authority intends, if possible, to enter into framework agreements with two (2) Suppliers per tender area. All areas will enter into their own separate agreements with the awarded Supplier.
