TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Helsinki’s construction services corporate body, Stara, requests your fixed-price contract offer for the construction of a gateway at the intersection of Ristipellontie and Vihdintie in accordance with the plans, to be fully completed and ready for use. Schedule: 9–11/2026. A more detailed schedule will be agreed later. By submitting a fixed-price contract offer, the contractor assures that the offer includes all work phases essential for carrying out the contract and the materials, machines, equipment and labour required to perform the work phases. Before submitting the offer, the contractor must familiarize itself with the worksite, the conditions for carrying out the work there, and other restrictions. The contracting authority will construct the intersection area simultaneously. The contracting authority has carried out opening of the foundation trench and piling. The contracting authority will perform the backfilling of the trench. The contract includes the construction of the foundation structures (2 pcs), the procurement and installation of the gateway and signage.
