TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Helsinki’s Construction Services Department (Stara) requests your unit-price contract bid for the construction of the piling for the portal at the intersection of Ristipellontie and Vihdintie, in accordance with the plans, ready for completion in full. Schedule: 9–11/2026. A more precise schedule will be agreed later. By submitting a unit-price contract bid, the contractor confirms that the bid includes all work phases essential for carrying out the contract as well as all materials, machinery, equipment and labour required to perform the work phases. Before submitting the bid, the contractor must familiarize itself with the worksite and the conditions for performing the work there, and with other restrictions. The contracting authority will carry out construction in the intersection area simultaneously. The contract includes: procurement of piles, piling works, extending the piles, procurement of rock tips + pile caps, and cutting-off works. Steel pipe piles D200 RR, wall thickness 12.5 mm, 4 pcs/foundation.
